Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the cost.
How does overage billing work?
Overage charges are calculated monthly based on bandwidth synced beyond your plan's tier. You'll see estimated overages in your dashboard before the billing period closes. We'll notify you if charges exceed 20% of your plan cost.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available, but you can downgrade or cancel anytime without penalty.
Can I connect custom CDN providers?
Growth and Scale plans support the major 9 providers (Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai, AWS CloudFront, BunnyCDN, and others). Enterprise customers can request custom integrations for proprietary or niche CDNs.
