Built for engineers who refuse vendor lock-in
CDNsync started with a simple question: why should you be locked into a single CDN? We're building the platform that lets you own your edge delivery.
Founded in Berlin, 2022
CDNsync was born from frustration. Our founding team spent years managing multiple CDN integrations across different providers, each with proprietary APIs, inconsistent caching headers, and vendor-specific workarounds. Cache purges meant coordinating across dashboards. Analytics lived in separate silos. Team members couldn't easily replicate production configs locally.
In 2022, we decided to build the abstraction layer we needed. What started as an internal tool for synchronizing content across Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, and Fastly evolved into a full platform. Today, CDNsync is trusted by engineering teams who deploy to the edge and refuse to be locked into a single provider.
We're still bootstrapped. We're still small — just 18 engineers and operators. And we're committed to remaining vendor-neutral, forever.
Democratizing edge delivery
We believe engineers should own their edge delivery architecture. That means true multi-CDN support without vendor pressure, transparent pricing without lock-in clauses, and APIs powerful enough to replace proprietary dashboards. CDNsync exists to make that possible.
How we build
Vendor Neutrality
No preferred providers. Your choice of CDN should be yours alone, not ours.
Performance First
Every millisecond matters at the edge. We obsess over latency and cache efficiency.
Radical Transparency
No hidden costs, no surprise rate limits. You know what you're getting and what you're paying.
Open Standards
We build on HTTP cache headers, standard webhook protocols, and documented APIs.
